Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is 3–7 business days. Express shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout for $15.

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use that number on the carrier's website to track your package in real time.

Email us at toneforgeco@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can usually make changes within 12 hours of the order being placed. Once it ships, changes are not possible but you can return it.

30 days from delivery, no questions asked. The item must be in original condition. Contact toneforgeco@gmail.com to start a return and we'll send you a prepaid label.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or modifications. Contact us and we'll make it right.

Email toneforgeco@gmail.com with photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Yes — every guitar is inspected and set up before it ships. Action, intonation, and nut slots are adjusted for playability right out of the box.

For beginners we recommend an ST-style or LP-style electric guitar — they're comfortable, versatile, and hold their setup well. Check out our Electric Guitars collection and email us if you need a personal recommendation.

We carry strings and accessories in our Accessories collection. We're working on expanding into amps — stay tuned by signing up for our newsletter.

Yes — checkout is handled by Shopify Payments which uses SSL encryption and is PCI compliant. We never store your card details.
